Peak Season: July to September,

Off Season: October to June.

NZ$195 to $225 per night for 2 adults depending on season;

Extra person $20 to $25 per night depending on season, day of the week etc.

Minimum 2 nights stay during peak season and Minimum 3 nights stay during off-peak season.

All rates are inclusive of GST.

Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply for this booking:

Deposit: 100% due within 48 hours of booking being accepted

Payment of deposit: Once we accept your booking a deposit must be paid AND received by us in order to secure the booking. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt by us of the deposit. Failure to pay the deposit in time may result in your booking being cancelled and the property being made available to others. Should we cancel a booking of yours due to non or late payment of a deposit then any deposit received by us from you will be refunded in full.

Late payments: The balance due must be received on or before its due date. If your payment fails to reach us by the due date we may choose to cancel your booking with or without notice to you, and make the property available to others. Cancellation charges apply (see below).


Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel a booking please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the property to others.

Should YOU choose to cancel the booking: We charge an admin fee of $50.00 for processing a cancellation. A refund, less our admin fee and any rental shortfall, will be provided if a replacement booking can be found. Otherwise, the following cancellation charges apply:

Cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled start of stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 100.0% of the total booking.



Should WE cancel the booking due to YOUR NON-PAYMENT: Should any of your payments fail to reach us by their due date we have the right to cancel the booking with or without providing you with notice. Under these circumstances our standard cancellation charges apply.


Cancellation by Owner/Manager

If, due to unforseen circumstnces, we need to cancel your booking we will make a full refund within 72 hours. However, instead of refund if the guests request, depending on availability, we will make every effort to organzie alternative accommodation of at least equal standard in other units of the same resort or other resort. No guarantee, however, is provided that alternative arrangement can be made. In case of such cancellation, the provider cannot be held legally responsible for any losses or inconvenience caused by the same.


Please note- a refundable security deposit of $150 (or credit card details) may be required to cover for any accidental damages to the property.
